The Skilled Nursing Facility

Compassionate, 24/7 care

With 59 beds, Lincoln Glen Nursing Facility is staffed 24/7 by licensed and certified nursing staff. Rooms are private and semi-private (no more than two residents), each with Dish Network Television.

Care is provided by licensed nurses supervising three care stations, supported by professional activity, dietary, therapy and social-service staff.
