Lincoln Glen staff are reliable, responsible and have cared for our residents for years. Our staff longevity has created not just a senior facility, but a family, a community of caring. All of these factors have earned Lincoln Glen Manor the reputation of offering compassionate skilled care.

Loren Kroeker, Executive Director 

Loren Kroeker, Executive Director

Loren Kroeker has served as the Administrator of Lincoln Glen Manor since September of 1995. Loren holds licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator. He manages the services of the Manor with a pastor’s heart holding a license for ministry with the Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches and having served as the Youth and Administrative Pastor for Lincoln Glen Church from 1988 to 1995 prior to coming to Lincoln Glen Manor. Loren can be found in the Manor Office during normal business hours.

Barbara, Assisted Living Center Administrator

Barbara Sparks-Feiller, Assisted Living Center Administrator

Barbara has been employed at Lincoln Glen since 1991 as an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. In 1998, Barbara earned her license from the California Department of Social Services to be an administrator for a Residential Facility for the Elderly. In 2001 she helped Lincoln Glen open their new Assisted Living Center and was promoted to Administrator of the Lincoln Glen Manor Assisted Living Center. Barbara’s office is on the second floor of the Assisted Living Center.

Rebecca, Nursing Administrator

Rebecca Turner, Nursing Administrator

Rebecca has been licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator since 1990. She has served as president of the Santa Clara County Chapter of the California Association of Health Facilities as well as being a Statewide Committee Member. Rebecca is a rare health care administrator in that she possesses both a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management and a Masters degree in Gerontology. Rebecca’s office is located in the Skilled Nursing Facility.

Vicky, Accounting Manager

Vicky Madriaga, Accounting Manager

Vicky has been involved in accounting systems for long-term care since 1982. She took over the leadership of the accounting functions of Lincoln Glen Manor in October of 1995. Since that time she has streamlined the billing systems for Medi-Cal and Medicare and is very familiar with the Medi-Cal system in California. Vicky is available for your questions and can be found in the Manor Office during normal business hours.

Deane Kirchner, Director of Nursing

Deane is a Registered Nurse and has extensive experience as a Director of Nursing, a Director of Staff Development and as a Charge Nurse. She also has experience in developing clinical software for nursing applications. With her background and experience she understands the requirements of compassionate care for seniors in a Skilled Nursing setting. Deane’s experience makes her uniquely qualified to serve as the Director of Nursing for Lincoln Glen Skilled Nursing. You can find her office in the Skilled Nursing Facility.

Laurie Olson, Assisted Living Health Services Coordinator

Laurie is a Registered Nurse with many years experience as a Director of Nursing in skilled nursing settings and experience as a charge nurse caring for seniors. Her experience gives her excellent qualifications to serve as the Health Services Coordinator for Assisted Living supervising the care of ALC residents and the staff delivering care. Laurie helped to open the Assisted Living Facility in 2001 and her office is located on the second floor of that building.
